Where RWA Goes Next
I believe that traditional securities weren't designed to be slow — they just never had a reason to be fast. Settlement windows, dividend cycles, ownership transfers — these are administrative artifacts, not financial necessities. Tokenisation removes the scaffolding that capital markets built around their own inefficiencies, and what's left is ownership that's actually portable, programmable, and instant. APAC feels this more acutely than most — emerging markets have been working around legacy infrastructure for years, so when better rails appear, adoption isn't a hard sell. The interesting question isn't whether RWA grows. It's who builds the underlying infrastructure that enables this leapfrog.

- Originated and managed a $1B+ prospective institutional pipeline across 9 countries, comprising 20+ institutional issuers including private equity firms, wealth managers, listed companies, family offices, government agencies, and royal representatives.
- Co-founded an LFSA registered RWA exchange as well as a CEZA-regulated RWA launchpad and exchange enabling SMEs to access compliant tokenised capital market infrastructure across Southeast Asia.

- Redesigned end-to-end onboarding workflow and authored SOPs, reducing initial proposal delivery from five days to under 24 hours and enabling parallel processing of multiple issuer accounts.
- Worked directly with CEZA and LFSA regulators on licensing requirements, AML/KYC compliance, smart contract standards, and operational frameworks.
- Led institutional partner onboarding, coordinating between legal, product, and technology teams to deliver tokenisation pipeline from structuring to execution.
